Our Business Services department offers centralized services to THE A·FI·CI·O·NA·DO Corporate entity, Operating Companies, Partners, Affiliates and Clients as a common operational strategy designed to reduce costs by eliminating repetition of effort by providing services in one place while producing an opportunity to optimize and to scale as the business demands.
This centralization (i.e., employees grouped in a single, central location) of services allows resources to be “shared” across the organization, and are typically associated with lower costs, higher productivity and increased standardization of work processes and outputs.
